COLORFULL guarantees, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, COLORFULL branded cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer for which it is designed. In the unlikely event that this cartridge is proven to be the sole cause of a printer failure, The company will repay the full costs of service and repair of the printer. This guarantee is dependent upon the client providing satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in the cartridge, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by a company representative. The service company shall confirm that such costs are at the standard rates for time and materials. Our liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above and shall exclude consequential loss, howsoever arising.
